Alongside our professional endeavors,
the Beta Nu Chapter never forgets that we are a Fraternity,
not a club. Our Brotherhood is more tightly-knit than the membership of any other student organization or
Fraternity at Penn. To further develop the lifelong friendship among our Brothers, DSP arranges a multitude of social events during the academic year. Ranging from informal barbeques at the start and end of the semester to a formal banquet held each semester at a leading Philadelphia restaurant, the Brothers of Delta Sigma Pi enjoy a multitude of opportunities to share in a social experience with each other. More often, however, our Brotherhood takes it upon themselves to spent time together, without the need for any pre-arranged event. On any given day, you will find our Brothers sharing a meal, going to the gym, heading out clubbing in Center City, or just hanging out in each others' rooms. We also do not forget our bonds with the many alumni of the Beta Nu chapter. Each semester, the chapter holds a dinner in New York City where even the newest members of our Fraternity forge bonds with Alumni Brothers spanning our 78 year history. While the academic year has an end, our Brotherhood does not. During the summer, spring, and winter breaks, it is common for DSP Brothers to meet across the globe, whether it is in London, Hong Kong, Beijing, or Minneapolis. However our bonds are formed, the feeling of having a group of people that genuinely cares about you and on which you can rely 24/7 makes Penn feel like home, no matter from which corner of the globe you hail. This spirit of Brotherhood and camaraderie is what makes our professional and academic successes possible. For images of our social events, visit our gallery. |
